Refund policy
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, only exchange or a credit note. We also do not offer free returns, or refunds for postage paid at this stage. We advise to send parcels back with a signed/ tracked service. Please always keep proof of postage until you receive your new item, otherwise this will alter your rights to exchange.
Please take extra care when trying on your purchases, as any self-made marks (such as make-up, fake tan, lotions, perfumes ect) may change your entitlement to exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange/credit note, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have as soon as possible, and once the return is accepted your new purchase will be sent out to you.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchange/Credit note
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be able to choose something else as an exchange or simply receive a credit note for the same amount as your original purchase (minus any shipping fees/returns). The credit note can be used at any time and will be sent to you as an E-Voucher to be used online or simply show your voucher in store.
